So...i really want to make this pouch from flower fabric i had. And here they are...i dont know its vintage or not...but i just want to say that its vintage...hehehe...

Its very...very late report...gimana enggak...Indonesian Crafter Gathering (arisan) nya yang eike ikuti ini tanggal 29 April...dan ini adalah tanggal 30 Mei 2012...hohoho...I'm lazy girl to write... So I'm sorry...mungkin ceritanya udah basi ya...tapi eike tetap pengen tulis cerita ini di blog ku tercinta ini...coz...its memories... :)

Sebelumnya eike mo cerita dulu kalo eike bergabung dengan Grup Indonesia Crafter tanggal 22 Maret 2012. Taunya sih dari blognya mbak Kika www.kiyutee.blogspot.com (so adore to mbak kika...karna dia orang pertama yang follow blog eike ini...hehe). Sebagai gambaran...grup ini sangat sangat aktif sekali...membernya pun kerren kerren banget. Crafter-crafter TOP hampir semuanya tergabung dalam grup ini...so proud deh gabung ama this grup...^^. Apalagi karya-karya yang mejeng di sini (ada hari khusus yaitu kari Kamis Manis dimana para anggota boleh pamerin hasil karya) dijamin ngences semua deh pantengin foto-foto. Buat eike...sangat menambah motivasi dan inspirasi untuk berkarya dan lebih serius di bidang ini...cieee...doain ya biar sukses selalu...hehehe...

Naaaah...setiap bulannya IC mengadakan Gathering (Arisan). Dan Bulan April tadi adalah arisan yang ke-4 dan diselenggarakan tanggal 29 April di Plaza Semanggi...daaaann ada workshop Quilting dari Mbak Eka Yunita...(Mbak Eka ini udah bikin buku Patchwork dan Quilting buanyak banget, aku aja punya tiga). Karena arisan kali ini barengan waktunya sama penyelenggaraan Inacraft 2012, pikir punya pikir...wah bisa sekalian dan sekalian deh...jadi...terbanglah diriku dari Palembang menuju Jakarta meningglkan kantor, suami, dan ketiga anakku tercinta...hehehe... Gak apa-apa ya...meninggalkan rutinitas sejenak untuk sesuatu yang bisa me-recharge...hehe..(bener gak sih, atau cuma cari pembenaran aja nih).

Duuuhh...panjang banget ya ceritanya...daripada ngalor ngidul gak karuan...pantengin aja foto-foto selama mengikuti IC Gathering dan oleh-oleh dari Inacraft 2012...

pillow plushie

lately i often find "vintage" word while blogwalking or on the works crafter's photo. Inspired by it, i tried to figure out the vintage meaning. I type "vintage means" on search engine...and...many topics about that...please check by yourself...^0^

next i tried to make conclusion that vintage is all about oldstyle, oldthings. Some people assume that vintage is high quality. The truth is i'm not agree about high quality, because its about style and taste, and its not depend on quality. But thats ok. When something is more desireable it costs more. Supply and demand and all that. It's capitalist way.

I tried to make something about vintage...^^

I make Flower Vintage (i dont know its vintage or not...but I hope you really agree that is vintage...hahaha). And i called then Vivi the Brooch.

Enjoy it...and please say something...its vintage or not?????

Today is Sunday, so...i used this free time to sew...Flori the Brooch. I take the tutorial make this flower from googling many blog, and some times i want to make the tutorial by myself...Insya Allah...

I made eighteen flower just for one day...even then interspersed with the cooking and take care my kid... and Alhamdulillah...say thanks to Allah that I have time and healthy to sew and take care my family in one time...^^

I'm little bit crazy with craft and all about it. Its so funny and make me happy...^^.

So...I go around at Mangga Dua. But i cant find what can make me interest. I'm looking for yarn but nothing special at here. One year ago, i found *craft central* that selling yarn and i bought some. But i cant found that place again... :(

So...i left Mangga Dua with empty hand...

Then we go to Mangga Dua...and at Blok A, I bought many fabric. I love fabric...so much...^^

And i found store that selling dacron (very difficult to find it). The Store is:

Last Weekend, me and my family (husband and my three musketeers) going to Jakarta for
holiday, and hunting fabric and yarn for me...^___^

First Day, we go to Asemka, we didnt find anything there. But i bought this neklace...^^

Then we go to Atlantis, Ancol. Coz My girl want to see Cherry Belle... Yeaaa...She still 8 years old, but she growth as young lady. We play and fun at there...So fun...^^

For second day...please see *hunting fabric at Tanah Abang*...

Pertama bikin pouch, sibuk mereka-reka aplikasinya. Corat-coret kok ya sulit toh bikin gambarnya... The last bikin gambar burung dengan ekor melambai-lambai...^__^. Hasilnya...gak jelek-jelek amir laaaaah...hehehe...menurut gua lah yawwwww....^_^

Setelah jadi satu...semangat bikin pouch jadi bertambah. Rencananya mo' bikin 6 pouch buat dijual gitu..."rada lebay and over pe-de" warnanya warna warni like "rainbow" hehehe

warnanya merah, pink, kuning, orange, hijau, biru, dan ungu. Corat-coret...pake intip-intip pattern di blog dn fb...diputuskanlah owl, burung, kucing, dan ulat buat jadi aplikasi. Rencananya sih...mau meluncurkan...(canggih amat bahasanya ya...hayyyyaaa...) pouch edisi animal...rencananya lagi....masing-masing gambar mau dibuat untuk 6 warna (6 pouch)...hahaha...so...empat gambar untuk enam pouch berarti ada 24 pouch!!! wah...mau buka lapak beneran nih gua!!! ternyata gua orangnya nafsu besar tenaga kurang....

yang ada hanya empat gambar yang terealisasikan ke dalam empat pouch, itupun satu pouch yang gambar kucing didiskualifikasikan, karena jahitan yang gak rapih ^^

Tetapi...................disaat diriku sedang mem^feston^ owl n bird di kantor ada temen yang liat. nih temen emang jujur apa nggak, gak tau deh, sumpah gua gak tau, bener...dia bilang owl n bird gua bagus dan lucu (^___^, thanks ya...lu bohong juga gak apa kok). Terus dia pesen laptop case warna ungu dengan aplikasi shaun the sheep. Gak mikir panjang ya gua terima dong yaaaaa.....

Alhamdulillah.......

At least...keempat pouch tersebut gua bawa ke kantor...the result is...owl dan burung SOLD (bye...bye...ulat...elu lonely now) dan good news is.....I got Order...5 pouch dg aplikasi gajah, jerapah, lumba-lumba, beruang and flower (temen-temen gua is my best customer, ya iyalah...cuma mereka yg order ke gua saat ini hahayyyyy)

so guys...its time to look ide for design applique...and sewing....

Tetap diam dan menunggu hingga badai usai. Setelah badai berhenti, teruskan perjalananmu.

Sambil menunggu badai berlalu...kerjakan hal yang positif, seperti merajut...menjahit...hehehe...
